The Knoxville City Council will meet in regular session on Monday. 

On the agenda is approving a purchase agreement, sale of property, a development agreement, and tax credit applications for Huegerich Holdings Series 2 LLC for potential apartments that will be constructed in the Veterans District. Also on the agenda is amending of a city ordinance regarding commercial districts, accepting work and final costs for the VA Park Trail Connections Project, a resolution to approve a development agreement with Origin Homes, approval of a Facade Grant application, and a settlement agreement between Hy-Vee Fast and Fresh, and Kline’s Quick Time. 

Monday’s Knoxville City Council meeting will start at 6:15 pm at City Hall.
