A chance to win the South Central Conference outright, a chance for revenge, and Hall of Fame Induction night all at Knoxville High School tonight as the Panthers host Albia. The class 3A #3 boys look to clinch an outright South Central Conference title since the Panthers swept the conference in 2017. The Panthers also are aware that Albia will have some revenge on its mind after Knoxville ran the Blue Demons out of their own gym back on January 14th. For the girls, a little revenge is on the mind of the Panthers, who are trying to finish off the South Central Conference with their 5th win. In the last meeting, the Panthers got down 19-4 early and never recovered. Coach Matt Ritchhart tells KNIA/KRLS Sports his girls are motivated for tonight.

Ritchhart: “They’re having a very good year, the Harrington girl, who’s a move in distributing the ball well, so they’re very good, but we’re motivated for Friday night.”
