The Indianola basketball teams were swept by Pella on a pair of buzzer beating shots in January at home, and will try to avenge those losses tonight on the road in a Little Hawkeye Conference doubleheader.

The Indians girls had one of their best performances of the season despite the 46-45 loss to the Dutch, where a Madi Grover shot at the buzzer rattled in and out. The Indians outrebounded the #13 Dutch and turned the ball over less, but shot just 36% from the field.

The Indians boys also had one of their best performances of the season against the #9 Dutch forcing overtime, but shot poorly from the field and couldn’t keep up in the extra time as the Dutch hit a game-winner at the buzzer themselves.

The games will be broadcast live on 94.3 KNIA, with Andrew Swadner and Rick Wilson on the play-by-play. Pregame coverage begins at 5:45pm, with tipoff at 6pm.
