The Pleasantville girls and boys basketball teams will travel to Interstate 35 tonight for a West Central Conference varsity doubleheader. 

The Trojan girls are 12-9 overall and are coming off a 58-33 loss to ACGC on Friday and will now take on a 5-14 Roadrunners squad that they beat 57-23 on January 10th. Pleasantville has been led in scoring this season by Joelle Johnson who is averaging 17 points per game. 

The Trojan boys are 9-10 overall and were defeated by ACGC 55-50 on Friday night. The Interstate 35 boys are 8-11 this season and Pleasantville defeated them 80-42 in their last meeting. The Trojan boys have been led in scoring by sophomore Braylon Bingham who is averaging 27 points per game. Tonight’s girls game starts at 6:00 pm with the boys game to follow.
