The Indianola basketball teams hope for a better trip the Tulip City today as they make the road trip to Pella Christian High School for the Little Hawkeye Conference finale against the Eagles. The Indianola girls dispatched the Eagles in the first matchup 53-36 that included shooting a season best 43% from long range.

The Indians boys also defeated Pella Christian 54-44 that included a 25-point third quarter where they took a lead they wouldn’t relinquish. Indianola is 1-6 since that win, and will look to try to end the conference season with a victory.

The games will be broadcast live on 94.3 KNIA, with Andrew Swadner and Rick Wilson on the call. Pregame coverage begins at 5:45pm, with tipoff at 6pm.
