The class 3A #3 Knoxville Boys Basketball Squad will continue its regular season wind down on the road tonight against Bondurant-Farrar. The Panthers set a new mark for the best regular season start in program history with their win over PCM on Tuesday and stand at 19-0 on the season. The BlueJays, just a couple of years removed from a state title in class 3A come in at 10-8 this year, and finished up 3rd place in the allways difficult Raccoon River Conference. Panthers Junior Player Cael Cook knows the final two games of the regular season are a dress rehearsal for what they might see later on in the substate.

Cook: “We just want to show that we can compete with those teams at state at a higher level and we want to show that we deserve those rankings”

With a win, the Panthers could equal the greatest start ever for a Panther Boys Squad at 20-0 which would tie the 1973/74 team that also started the season at 20-0. Tip off is set for 7:30.
