Indianola Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Amanda Zwanziger has been appointed to serve on the board of the Greater Des Moines Partnership.
The GDMP represents more than 6,500 businesses and 24 affiliate chambers across central Iowa, working to promote economic growth, enhance the quality of life, and position the region as a top destination for business, talent, and visitors.
Zwanziger said in a statement “It’s essential that communities like Indianola, with our unique challenges and opportunities, have a voice at the table. As the second fastest growing and second wealthiest county in the state, Warren County is key driver of growth and attraction to the region. It is important that regionally we are strategically looking at the role that the county plays, now and into the future.”
