The Twin Cedars Boys Basketball Squad got down early and could never recover in a 77-52 loss to Collins/Maxwell in the 1st round of the class 1A Substate on Monday. The Sabers trailed 19-5 after one quarter and that deficit grew 42-18 at halftime. The Spartans limited Holden Roberts to just three points while the Sabers struggled with shooting and committed 16 turnovers. Daxson Powell led the Sabers with 13 points. Twin Cedars finishes the season at 6-12.
