The public is invited to celebrate the first birthday of Piper Justice, the Warren County Attorney’s Office Victim Assistance dog. Warren County Attorney Doug Eichholz tells KNIA News Piper is a big asset to the office, especially working with those who have to come forward to either tell their story or be prepared to testify.

“Piper is obviously a great ice breaker when you have to deal with possibly a child victim or a victim of some other crime. It’s easy to see Piper and meet Piper, and bring your barriers down.”

The party will include cake, crafts, and prizes, and will take place on February 24th from 2-4pm at the Warren County Justice Center.
