Newton High School senior Bella Winther has signed her national letter of intent to continue her academic and track and field careers at Simpson College next year. Winther says she’ll be a mid-distance runner for the Storm, and plans to major in Health and Exercise Science. Her goal is to become an Occupational Therapist. 

“It probably took me like a month to think about it. But Simpson just has everything that I was looking for and made me feel very welcomed going there.”
