The 2024-25 winter season ended at Pella High School on Monday night as the #9 in 3A boys basketball team fell to #7 ADM in a 52-46 thriller, heard live on 92.1 KRLS. Over the course of the game, the Dutch and Tigers traded ties and leads 17 times and neither school led by more than six. Pella held the slight edge longer in the game and by as much as six in the 3rd quarter, before the home team from Adel started to heat up from three-point range. The Dutch could not overcome 14 turnovers to just four from ADM, and the Tigers didn’t miss a free throw in the entirety of the four quarters. Harrison Mullens led the Dutch with 11 points and David Garner added 10. Pella finishes the 2024-25 winter season at 18-7 and says farewell to seven seniors.
