The All-Iowa Honor Dance Team with members from Newton and PCM will be entertaining the fans at the Girls State Basketball Championship games tonight and tomorrow at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines. 

Dancers from all across the state auditioned for the team in late August, and those selected were announced in September. On the team from the Newton Pacesetters are seniors MeLayna Budinich, Rylinn Peterson,and Kaylynn Harlow, and juniors Lily Bowes, Lily Springer, and Abbie Preston. PCM Dance Team members on the squad are seniors Rylee DeHaai, Jaylyn DeVries, Charlotte Landwehr, and Addison Shannon, and juniors Carly Steenhoek and Seriah Nolin.

The All-Iowa Honor Dance Team is scheduled to perform Saturday during the Girl’s State Basketball Championship Games.
