The Indianola School Board met in regular session Tuesday evening, approving a purchase of five school buses to replace current buses in the fleet.

Superintendent Tara Paul tells KNIA News the board approved four diesel regular passenger buses and one wheelchair accessible bus of which three will come this year and two more next year, which helps solidify the budget for the next fiscal year and planning process so they can appropriately budget for equipment as needed.
