Pella’s girls wrestling program received several honors for work off of the mat.

Senior Elizabeth Thomas and Juniors Lyndon Norton and Isabella Smith were selected as U.S. Marine Corps/National Wrestling Coaches Association Character and Leadership All-Americans.

Additionally, the team also had the following Scholar All-Americans:

Aspen Kramer, Elizabeth Thomas, Kenadi Montgomery, Lyndon Norton, Danica VanBaale, and Jenna Van Wyk

The Scholar All-America Award recognizes wrestlers who have demonstrated excellence in the classroom and the Character & Leadership All-America Award is for athletes who have shown exceptional leadership skills and are of sound character.
