The Knoxville School Board met in a special session on Wednesday night. 

The meeting had just one agenda item which was a proposed master contract between the Knoxville Community School District and the Knoxville Education Association. This new agreement will increase the base salary for teachers by $200 and increase the base TSS by $212. This new agreement will go through June of 2027. The agreement passed unanimously at the meeting.
