The Indianola City Council meets in regular session and a special study session this evening, where they will consider the appointment to the vacant council at-large position after receiving applications from interested members of the community.

The council will hold a public hearing regarding the proposal to enter into a development agreement with Sunstone Investments, a preliminary plat for Summercrest Hills North, and discuss filling positions in the Water Resource Recovery, Wellness Campus, and Indianola Fire Departments before holding a discussion on Vision 2030.

After the meeting, the council will hold a work session regarding the FY26 budget. The meeting begins at 6pm in the city council chambers at Indianola City Hall.
