Indianola Parks and Recreation is hosting the next edition of their Afternoon Adventures Speaker Series tomorrow, featuring a journey through Iowa’s best secrets. Iowa author Megan Bannister will take attendees on a journey through her book that includes the state’s quirkiest attractions with Secret Iowa: A Guide to the Weird, Wonderful, and Obscure, including Iowa’s hidden gems, fascinating backstories, and more. The session is tomorrow from 1-2pm at the Indianola Activity Center.
