The Norwalk spring sports teams return to competition today in girls golf, girls track and field, and boys and girls tennis.

The Warrior girls golf team will compete in their third meet of the week at the Newton Invitational. The eight-team tournament will be held at the Westwood Golf Course starting at 2:00 p.m. Norwalk placed second in Monday’s Waukee Northwest Invite before winning the Ballard Quad on Tuesday.

Norwalk is one of 14 schools set to compete in the Waukee Northwest Girls Track and Field Relays at 4:00 p.m. Today marks the Warrior girls’ first meet since they placed eighth at the Ankeny Hawkette Relays last Thursday.

The Norwalk tennis teams take on Pella at 4:15, both looking to improve to 2-0 in Little Hawkeye Conference play. The girls’ dual is in Pella and the boys will play in Norwalk. The Dutch swept the Warriors last season.
