The Pella City Council approved multiple other resolutions at their meeting Tuesday. The council moved to accept a final contract related to electric underground conversion on Idaho Drive and scheduled a public hearing on May 6th for bids to improve the current city soccer complex. Project engineer Snyder & Associates estimates renovation to the fields will cost $726,000. A public hearing was also scheduled to finalize the fiscal year 2025-26 budget, which was ultimately approved.
