
Three Pleasantville athletic teams were in action on Tuesday.
The Trojan girls golf team competed at a meet hosted by PCM at Gateway Recreation. Pleasantville finished third with a team score of 249. Senior Emily Roe had the low score for the Trojans shooting a 55 to finish 11th overall at the meet. Other scores include:

The Pleasantville girls golf team will be back in action on Thursday at home.
The Pleasantville girls and boys track and field teams competed at the Pella Christian Coed Invitational.
The Trojan girls finished eighth overall at the meet with 47 team points that featured eight total teams. Top finishers for the Pleasantville girls include Lauren Furnal taking second and Lillian Mason taking third in the 100 meter hurdles, the 4X100 meter relay placing third, Taylor Perkins placing fifth in the shot put while Maci Martin took sixth, and Perkins finishing sixth in the discus. The Pleasantville girls track and field team will be back in action on Tuesday at Central Decatur.
The Trojan boys finished fifth overall with 55 team points. Top finishers for the Trojan boys include the 4X100 meter relay placing second, the 4X200 meter relay placing third, Ethan King taking second in the 100 meter dash, the 4X400 and 4X800 meter relay teams placing fourth, and
Trey Mesecher finished fourth in the long jump while William Mesecher finished fourth in the discus. The Pleasantville boys track and field team will next compete on Thursday at Saydel.
