Commuters on Highway 92 should take note of the speed limit reductions at the school intersections in Indianola during school drop-off and pickup times.

The flashing lights will indicate a new 30mph speed zone Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:15-8:15am and 2:30-3:30pm, and on Wednesdays from 7:15-8:15am and 1:30-2:30pm.

The Indianola High School Construction Project has limited parking spots to students, requiring a student crossing at the intersection between the high school and middle school parking lots. Drivers are asked to be aware of pedestrians at all times, and to reduce speed.
