A former Knoxville Softball standout has earned a weekly award. Jadyn Streigle, who is a pitcher for the Northwest Missouri State Softball Program was named the MIAA Pitcher of the Week recently. She made two starts and tossed a pair of three-hit shutouts to help Northwest Missouri State secure two victories, pitching 13 innings with a zero ERA and ten strikeouts. The junior has pitched 105 2/3 innings with 71 strikeouts to just 29 walks. She has a 10-8 record with an ERA of 2.91. Streigle also earned all-MIAA honorable mention. The Bearkats recently finished the season with a 22-27 record and 9-15 and did not make the conference tournament.
