The Melcher-Dallas School District Athletic Hall of Fame has announced they are now accepting nominations for their inaugural class coming up in January. The district created the Athletic Hall of Fame, which will recognize former athletes, coaches, teams, administrators, and patrons for excellence in Melcher-Dallas athletics. Athletic Director Jim Crozier tells KNIA Sports they want to do this right and make sure all of the inductees will be properly honored.

Crozier: “We want to make sure to not rush the process. We want to do this right and make it very meaningful and do this as right as we can.”

The ceremony will take place at a yet to be selected home basketball game in January.
