Today will be the busiest of the three-day Tulip Time festival. Thousands of visitors are expected to arrive in town ahead of the afternoon parade. The Pella Police Department reminds everyone that travel throughout Pella will be slow and parking will be limited.
Parking lots are available from 9:00am to 6:00pm and cost $10 per vehicle in cash or $11 in Venmo. Shuttles are available to downtown Pella and back, running frequently until 10:00pm and included in the price of parking. Not all shuttles are equipped with handicap accessibility and many parking spaces may require significant walking to board the shuttle
Lots that are open today are Delta Lot on west side of town off of Exit 40 from Highway 163 and Pella Christian High School on the southeast side of town off of Exit 44 from Highway 163 (follow signage at Exit 44)
