The 90th Tulip Time festival concludes with a traditional worship service on Sunday. The event will be held at the Vermeer Pavilion at 11 a.m. and will feature performances from Pella and Pella Christian school choirs. The speaker this year is David Woodcock with The Well. The event will be broadcast on 92.1 KRLS.
