The Indianola boys and girls tennis teams were in Little Hawkeye Conference action against Dallas Center-Grimes on Monday, while the boys soccer team hosted Dowling in non-conference play.

The Indians girls defeated DCG 7-4. Singles winners included Zoey Belt, Maci Lerseth, Lauren Danielson, and Chloe Chaplin, while the doubles teams of Lerseth/Danielson, Emily Allen/Zoey Belt, and Paige Dahl/Makenzie Sloan all won. Indianola is now 5-4 on the season and 3-3 in conference, and will next compete in the Little Hawkeye Conference meet tomorrow.

The Indianola boys edged out a 6-5 victory over the Mustangs. Bryson Rehmeier, Blake Allen, and Reid Jackson earned wins in singles play to have it tied going into doubles action, where the pairings of Rehmeier/Eli Chadwick, Blake Byers/Tate Dales, and Jack Brown/Karter Larsen all earned wins. Indianola is now 7-4 and 4-2 in conference, and will travel to Pella for the Little Hawkeye Conference meet tomorrow.

The #6 in class 3A boys soccer team fell to #5 in class 4A Dowling 2-1. The Indians got a goal from Van Kauffman off of a corner kick header early in the first half, but Dowling would score twice more to earn the win. Indianola is now 7-4-1 on the season, and will host a showdown with Pella tonight.
