
Five PCM athletic teams were in action on Monday.
The Mustang boys golf team competed at the Washington Invitational held at Blue Top Ridge in Riverside and competed against 17 other teams. PCM finished eighth overall with a team score of 339 in the 18-hole event. The low score for the Mustang boys was Pete Kiernan who shot an 83. Other individual scores below:

The PCM boys golf team will be back in action today for the Heart of Iowa Conference Meet hosted by West Marshall at Lincoln Valley Golf Course starting at 9:00 am.
The Mustang girls golf team finished second at a quad hosted by Knoxville at Pine Knolls Golf Club. PCM finished with a team score of 207 and competed against Knoxville, Saydel, and Pella. The low score for PCM was Gretchen Uitermarkt who shot a 50 to finish sixth overall. Other individual scores below:

The PCM girls golf team will be back in action on Wednesday for the Heart of Iowa Conference Meet hosted by West Marshall at Lincoln Valley Golf Course starting at 9:00 am.
The PCM soccer team fell on the road to Greene County 5-4 in a Heart of Iowa Conference match. Sophomore Dylan Beyer had two goals in the match while Dominic Witt and Jaxson Strait each had one. The Mustangs fall to 2-7-1 on the season and will be back in action tonight at home against Central Iowa United at 5:30 pm.
The PCM boys and girls track and field teams competed at North Polk. The boys finished first with a team score of 151 competing against six other teams while the girls finished fourth with a team score of 80 competing against seven other teams.
Top finishers for the Mustang boys include Tad Wilson winning the 100 meter, Jake Winters winning the 110 hurdles, Chase Wagaman winning the high jump, Gavin Van Gorp winning the long jump, and the 4X200 meter relay and sprint medley teams placing first.
Top finishers for the Mustang girls include Jojia Teeter winning the 400 hurdles, Lila Milani winning the 800 meter, Tori Lindsay finishing second and Lilian Humpal placing third in the 100 meter hurdles, Katelynn Fagg placing second and Lexi Fagg placing third in the long jump, and the sprint medley team taking second.
