The Melcher-Dallas Track and Field Squads traveled to Mount Ayr on Thursday and the girls placed 6th while the boys were 9th. The Saint girls were led by Trista Hasaker, who placed 1st in the 100 in a school record time of :12.79 she was 3rd in the 200 with a school record time of :27.08. Gabby Overgaard placed 4th in the shot put with a throw of 32 feet seven inches and the discus with a throw of 89 feet five inches. The boys had a 5th place from Colton Cox in the 1600 in a time of 5:47.24. The Saints head back to the track Monday at Pleasantville.
