The Pella Police Department and several emergency agencies have responded to a multiple vehicle crash involving a motorcycle on Oskaloosa Street in Pella near Caldwell Park. The collision occurred at 9:57 p.m. and one person was injured. That individual has been transported to Mercy Hospital in Des Moines by helicopter. Pella Ambulance, Pella Fire, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, and Iowa State Patrol have responded. Oskaloosa Street in Pella remains closed between Prairie Street and East 8th Street.
