The Knoxville Girls Golf Squad finished in 4th place at the South Central Conference meet held at Edmondson in Oskaloosa. The Panthers shot a team total of 412 while Caelie Smith for the 2nd year in a row earned all conference shooting an 87. Other scores were Iselynn Prevo with a 103, Abbie Keitges shooting a 108, Brilynn McMillen with a 114 and Kharma Keenen came in with a 118. The golf spotlight shifts back to the boys today as the Panthers set their sights on another State Meet bid by hosting a class 3A sectional at Pine Knolls Country Club. The next time the girls are in action will be next Wednesday in the class 3A regional back at Oskaloosa.
