The cities of Peoria and Tracy will hold Services of Remembrance for Memorial Day on Monday.

The city of Peoria invites the community to join them for their service in the Peoria Gym, 8 miles northeast of Pella. As part of the event sponsored by Peoria Christian Reformed Church, there will be patriotic music, a guest speaker, the playing of taps, and a gun salute, followed by refreshments. 

Also on Monday, the city of Tracy invites community members to join them at Bellefountaine Cemetery for their Memorial Day Service of Remembrance. The service will feature the honor guard, a program and flag raising ceremony, the playing of taps, and a rifle salute. 

The Memorial Day Service in Peoria will be held at 9 am, while the service in Tracy will be held at 10 am.
