The Knoxville Public Library is holding an artist reception for Ellie Harder on Thursday.

The reception will be at 6:00 pm in the Weiler Room at the library, and those in attendance can  meet with Harder and see her work on display. Library Director Ashley Miller says that she was impressed by Harder’s works of art that is on display .

“Ellie Harder currently has art in both display cases, the one in the hallway and the one in the back by the newspapers. She is only 18 and you wouldn’t think that looking at her art because it’s actually incredible. We have some painting in the front case and some pen work in the back. She’s going to come in and talk about her creative process and how she got into art.”

All Knoxville Public Library programming is free and open to the public.
