The Iowa Department of Insurance and Financial Services’ ‘Stop the Scammers’ roadshow will be visiting Pella next week. An event will be held at the Graham Conference Center at Central College on Wednesday, May 28 at 8:30 a.m., in partnership with the Iowa Attorney General’s Office and AARP Iowa. The educational roadshow seeks to educate Iowans on scams impacting the state and how Iowans can best protect themselves from scammers in the digital age.
