It is week five of the Knoxville Weekly Championship Series as all three sprint car classes will be racing tonight. The 360s look to be the most interesting so far with a change at the top of the leaderboard. After his win last week Jamie Ball now holds the top spot overtaking Clint Garner after his 11th place finish. Another driver who is hoping to climb the leaderboard and has had speed so far is Ryan Leavitt. He tells KNIA/KRLS Sports he has to avoid the small mistakes that put a driver behind.

Leavitt: “It’s going alright, and if we don’t shoot ourselves in the foot and make mistakes. We have speed. I just have to get through the heat and lay a good lap down.”

Brian Brown will be back for three in a row as he has won the last two 410 A-Mains, and J Kinder is threatening to blow open the Pro Sprints with back-to-back wins. Join KNIA for all of the action starting with Live Track Side at 5:00 and Race Nights Live at 7:00.
