The City of Newton’s Maytag Bowl Summer Concert Series returns this week. The free weekly concerts feature popular local artists as well as regional talent who play all types of music. The concerts are held every Thursday night at 7 p.m., and are paid for by the City of Newton.

The Newton City Band kicks off the series this Thursday evening, May 29th. The concerts run through July 31st.
