
The Marion County Board of Supervisors held three public hearings at their regular session on Tuesday.
At the meeting, the board held a public hearing and had a sealed bid opening for county property known as the sandpit area, in which they accepted a bid for $60,000, held a public hearing and took action on an FY25 budget amendment, approved FY26 budget appropriations, and held a public hearing and approved a local option sales and service tax amendment.
Also at the meeting, the board approved plans for a county line road pavement rehabilitation project.
