Jasper County Elderly Nutrition is asking for donations of items and baked goods for an upcoming fundraiser. A Garage & Bake Sale is going to be held at the Jasper County Community Center Thursday, June 19th and Friday, June 20th. Jasper County Elderly Nutrition Program Director Kelli Van Manen says items for the event can be dropped off at the Community Center Monday and Tuesday June 16th and 17th, or by appointment. Donors are asked to put a price on their item. The Jasper County Community Center is located at 2401 First Avenue East in Newton.
