
Warren County Conservation is hosting their annual Kid’s Fish Day at Lester Pond in June. Environmental Education Coordinator Kelsey Longnecker tells KNIA News a fishing license is not required for participation, and kids can bring their own poles or one will be provided in addition to bait, and there will be awards, door prizes, and a free fish-cleaning demonstration. There will also be fish bites cooked by the Izaak Walton League. The program is hosted by the Friends of Warren County Conservation and the Warren County Izaak Walton League, and will be June 7th from 8:45am to noon. Registration is required.
