
PCM softball coach Shaun Hudnut earned his 200th career win Monday as the Mustangs dominated Nevada with the baseball team losing earlier in the day at Principal Park in Heart of Iowa Conference matchups.
The #5 ranked Mustang softball team earned a lopsided 16-0 win over the Cubs in four innings at home. Camden Webb got the win on the mound pitching four innings and recorded eight strikeouts. Webb also picked up her 100th career strikeout. Hadley Millang went 2-3 in the contest with a double and 4 RBI. The PCM softball team improves to 5-0 on the season.
The Mustang baseball team took on the Cubs at Principal Park in a neutral site game where they fell 9-1. Trigg Steenhoek, Kaleb DeVries and Konnor Bell all had base hits in the contest with DeVries recording the lone RBI. The PCM baseball team falls to 1-4 on the season.
The PCM baseball and softball teams will host Saydel tonight.
