Marion County Public Health held their monthly providers meeting on Monday.

The meeting provides healthcare and community organizations an opportunity to inform the public of updates within their respective organizations. There is a presenter at each meeting, and on Monday, the presenter was Brenda Smith with the SCSEP program. SCSEP is a program that places people 55 and older in paid work experience assignments at non-profit organizations. National Able delivers the program in Marion county. 

The Marion County Providers meeting is held the first Monday of every month.
