100+ Men Red Rock presented a $3,025 check to Pella Historical Museums and Tulip Time last Thursday.

Pella Historical Museums & Tulip Time serves to preserve and promote Pella’s history and Dutch heritage. They have also been the primary sponsor and organizer of Tulip Time since the second festival in 1936. Executive Director Jessi Galligan says that the donation will help with a variety of necessities for Tulip Time.

“It takes so many resources, I mean, from paying for the bleachers, paying for the sound system, float maintenance and upkeep, and paying people to sit at barricades every day and make sure cars don’t come into the parade space, it takes a lot and people don’t realize everything that goes into it. So, this contribution will go toward. things like that, some of those behind the scenes things that people don’t always have at the top of their mind.”
