After a pair of rainouts on Tuesday, the Norwalk summer sports teams return to action tonight, hosting Pella in Little Hawkeye Conference action. Both varsity contests are scheduled to start at 7:00 p.m.

The Class 4A seventh-ranked Warrior softball team outscored Pella Christian 28-2 in Monday’s doubleheader sweep, improving to 6-0 overall and 4-0 in conference play. Tuesday’s home game vs. ADM was postponed until Thursday night at 7:00. Pella, ranked 13th in 4A, is 3-3 overall and 3-2 in the LHC. Tonight’s softball game can be heard live on 94.3 KNIA as well as kniakrls.com (KNIA3). Pregame coverage starts at about 6:45.

The Norwalk baseball team also swept Pella Christian on Monday night, improving their record to 5-4 overall and a perfect 4-0 in the Little Hawkeye. Tuesday’s game vs. Grinnell was postponed and will be made up at a later date. Pella is 7-3 overall and 3-2 in the conference. Tonight’s baseball game will air live on 92.1 KRLS, starting with pregame coverage at 6:45.
