The Twin Cedars Baseball Squad nearly made a furious come back against Baxter but ultimately fell short on Thursday. The Bolts scored all eight runs in the first two innings, but had to hold one as the Sabers scored in the 2nd, 5th, and 7th innings. Meanwhile, the Twin Cedars Softball Squad a night after falling to top ranked Wayne, blew out Lamoni 11-3. Twin Cedars was up 6-0 before the Demons hit the scoreboard. Softball heads to the Oskaloosa Classic on Saturday while baseball will travel to arch-rival Melcher-Dallas tonight.
