A Knoxville man has been arrested and charged with two felonies related to allegedly drugging and sexually abusing a minor.

According to court records, on February 15th, 2025, officers were called to Casey’s General Store at 1201 East Main in Knoxville regarding a minor that called 911 wanting a ride home. When officers arrived, they found that child under the influence of illegal drugs. The minor stated the defendant, 21-year-old Keenan Dutton of Knoxville, allegedly picked her up near their residence and took her to his residence.  At that address, the defendant is accused of supplying the minor with THC gummies and having sexual contact with them. During a Snapchat conversation between the two prior to the defendant picking up the juvenile, the defendant sent a  sexually explicit photo.

During a non-custodial interview with the defendant, he admitted to law enforcement that he provided the THC gummies to the victim, had sex, and sent the photo while having the knowledge the other person was a minor.

Dutton is charged with second degree sexual abuse and drug distribution to a minor, which are both Class B felonies, and distributing obscene materials to a minor, which is a serious misdemeanor. Dutton is being held in the Marion County Jail.
