
The Indianola School Board approved a pilot program for the next school year regarding school breakfast at schools. Superintendent Tara Paul tells KNIA News all students K-12 will have the option of eating breakfast at their respective schools for no cost.
The Indianola School District is also providing free meals for all kids age 18 and under over the summer. There will be a lunch only site at the Indianola Middle School Monday-Thursday from 11am to 12:30pm, breakfast only at the Indianola High School Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 7:30 to 9am, and grab-and-go meals available for pickup at the Meadow Village Apartments on Mondays and Thursdays from 3 to 4:30pm.
