
The Knoxville Baseball Squad held on for a 6-5 win over Eddyville-Blakesburg on Friday night. The Panthers took control in the first two innings leading 5-0 before the Rockets plated three runs in the bottom of the 2nd inning. Knoxville would add another run in the 6th, which would prove the game winner before EBF scored two in its half of the 6th. Jesson Ferguson had one hit and three RBI to lead the Knoxville offense. Lincoln Norris got the win going two innings and striking out three. Knoxville is now 8-6 and will host Davis County on Monday.
