The Knoxville Softball Squad ventured to Creston to play in its only Saturday event of the season. The Panthers fell to Winterset in game one 10-3. The teams were even after an inning, but the Huskies put up five runs to break the game open in the 2nd inning. Marlea Cox went 3/3 with an RBI while Jordyn Counts took the loss. A five run inning was too much for the Panthers to overcome in game two vs Creston and fell 7-0. Knoxville comes back Monday to host Davis County.
