The Pella Christian Clay Target Team will hold their annual Fun Shoot & BBQ Fundraiser on Saturday, June 28th.

The community is invited to join the team for various activities, which will begin with a time for those in attendance to try trap, skeet, 5-stand, or doubles trap shooting at 2 pm. The barbeque supper will then take place from 5-7 pm, before a recognition of the team’s seniors takes place at 7 pm. Cassia Boender, who is one of the organizers of the fundraiser, says that there will also be a raffle drawing during the event for various prizes.

“So we have four different types of guns this year. We have a set of shooting glasses that is donated by Don Vermeer. Expressions by Design has a spa package for us. Stams Greenhouse offers us a fifty dollar gift card and we have a Traeger Flat Top Grill. So, you have the opportunity to buy a raffle ticket for $10, and then get your name in that drawing, and that’ll be the biggest opportunities that day. ”

The Pella Christian Clay Target Team’s annual Fun Shoot & BBQ Fundraiser will be held at the Marion County Sportsman Club, which is located at 1702 Old Highway 92 in Knoxville.
