The theme of week three of Thursdays in Pella is Minds in Motion. The event includes several activities related to Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. This includes both a LEGO and pie eating contest on the Tulip Toren. Activities beginning at 6 p.m. include an electric pedal bike, Louie the Lightning Bug Mascot, the Bionic Dutch robotics team, Vermeer’s job buddies, and more. The evening concludes with the weekly Pella City Band performance at 8 p.m. The KNIA/KRLS Lil’ Big Red Radio is broadcasting weekly from Thursdays in Pella.
