
The Pella School Board approved several resolutions at the first of two regular summer meetings on Monday.
A resolution updated the district’s electronic device policy, which can be read here.
The board also gave the go ahead to a final agreement for the Superintendent Search Firm with Grundmeyer Leader Services for $18,317. Retainage was also released for contracts related to the Jefferson Intermediate and Football Stadium projects. The board also approved the following agreements:
– EMC Insurance Renewal
– Memorandum of Understanding with William Penn for Nursing Education
– Registration fees for the 2025-26 school year
– 28E Agreement with Central Buying Consortium and associated vendor contracts for food, supplies, chemicals, and produce
– Pan-o-Gold and Anderson Erickson Contracts for Baked Goods and Dairy
– Insurance Associate and Compensation Contracts with Cottingham & Butler
– Classroom Clinic Software Licensing (mental health resources)
The Pella School Board reviewed and updated handbook changes for all buildings and departments, as well as the employee manual.
